As always with IM, adjust the base as necessary. The IMs should be comfortable in the beginning, but by the end you should be feeling it a little bit. If you want to try to push it faster, go for it. If you need it to be slower, that’s OK too. But try to keep the base consistent throughout the set (the same additional time to your freestyle base per 100…in the case above it’s +10 per 100 of the freestyle base) and keep the free steady.

Set 2
300 pull breathing 3-5-7 by 100 (or 50, if that’s easier for you)

The coconut octopus is considered one of the most intelligent invertebrates in the animal kingdom. It impressively uses tools — such as coconut shells — to conceal itself and protect from predators.

When it's not hiding in a self-made bunker, the coconut octopus is a beautiful sea creature. Its appearance is notable for its contrast between light and dark tones. The textured pattern of its main body is reminiscent of snakeskin, and light-colored suckers pop underneath the darker body as this cephalopod swims and even walks along the ocean floor.
