Are you interested in learning how to swim for fitness but aren't sure how to start? Are you a former summer league, high school, or college swimmer that is just too lazy to make up your own workouts? Welcome. You've come to the right place.
Swim Dojo is here to make it easy for you to find swim workouts. Whether you are interested in incorporating swimming into your fitness routine but have never done it before, are training for a open water swim or triathlon, or trying to get back in shape from your previous swimming days, we can help you. We've got workouts for all levels that are filterable by stroke, distance, and type.

The Basics page covers basic info about pools, training, and swimming and will be helpful for individuals new to swimming.
The Interval Training page can provide you with some additional guidance if you are unfamiliar with how to use the clock in training. Don't be intimidated, this is optional and many workouts can be done without using interval training.
Find My Level and Find My Base will help you figure out where you should begin.

How To Read A Workout is worth taking a peek at if you are confident in your ability and are ready to get in the water. The workouts can look confusing, but once you get the basics down I promise they aren't that complicated.
The Pacing Table is a helpful tool if you are confident in what level you are and are familiar with how interval training works but are too lazy to do the math to figure out what your base should be for different distances.
