10 Workouts to Get You Started- Beginners
If you are brand new to swimming and aren't sure where to start, below are 10 workouts that you can do in order that will ease you into swimming different distances and using the clock.

1. Anchovy - Short, simple workout with no intervals, just an intro
2. Barnacle - Still just based on rest, works on improving your breathing skills
3. Krill - Introduces a little bit of speed, as well as breath control
4. Guppy - This set will help you find your base.
5. Seahorse - A few swims on base, just for practice. Some kick included as well.
6. Skipjack Tuna - Continuing with our intro to bases, this incorporates more bases intermixed with rest intervals, as well as some speeeeeeeed
7. Emperor Shrimp - Just when things were starting to get boring, here is an introduction to other strokes!
8. Whiptail Gulper - Intro to doing some longer swims on a base.
9. Barrel Sponge - Beginning to incorporate some drills and pulling into the workout.
10. Frilled Shark - A combo of drills, kick, swims on base, and a tiny bit of stroke.
