Joseph Curreri

A number of the workouts on our site are courtesy of Joseph Curreri, former Green Beret, Olympic Trial qualifier, USMS coach, and captain of the USC swim team. Joseph passed away while serving as a Green Beret with the Army Special Forces in the Philippines in 2007. Workouts were provided by Joseph’s sister, Shannon.
